DVD RETURNS / REFUNDS

If you are not 100% satisfied with our product please inform us and we will refund your money upon return. If you believe the product you received is defective or an error was made during the production process, we will replace your product at no additional charge. Please contact info@naods.com or call us at 303-437-8359. Before requesting a replacement disk, make sure you check the directions in the case of the DVD. If the CD/DVD does not run automatically, you will need to double click on the html file located on the disk. The original product must be sent back to us for inspection by our quality control department. A replacement DVD will be sent to you at no additional charge.
